Revealed, what Blair isn't telling you about road tolls

Big Brother in action:

ï Larger 'gas-guzzling' cars can be made to pay far more by charging according to their exhaust emissions.
ï There should be no discounts for motorists who live within road-pricing areas.
ï Identification 'tags' in every car will make detection 'easier'.
ï Local schemes will marry up eventually into a national scheme, and ultimately a European scheme.
ï Councils can adjust their road prices 'to meet social and environmental directives'.
ï Central Government will ultimately dictate the technology to be used.

Follow up on Syracuse, the thought I had for this week. Syracuse is a name used in a childrens movie 'Sinbad, the legend of the seven seas'.
Maybe you saw the movie or you know the legend.
Giant seacreatures, like an octopus are in that story.
On the news, for several days, giant octopusses are found, and this one is so stunning, I want to share this with you:

Bush declares Iran's arms role in Iraq is certain

'I can say with certainty that the Quds Force, a part of the Iranian government, has provided these sophisticated I.E.D.'s that have harmed our troops,' Bush said, using the abbreviation for improvised explosive device.
'And I'd like to repeat, I do not know whether or not the Quds Force was ordered from the top echelons of the government. But my point is, what's worse, them ordering it and it happening, or them not ordering it and its happening?'

With cats on Prozac, bunnies in sex therapy and dogs getting massages, the City of Los Angeles has taken the logical next step: hiring a feng shui consultant to help design a $US7.4 million ($9.5 million) enclosure for three rare golden monkeys at Los Angeles Zoo.
