Having all these 'mind-fucks' as Marina so lovingly is calling them, the playing with the mind, we can get out of these, if you will.
There is no more depending on others, it is ALL YOU.

So remember who you are, go back to center and let the mind be. Don't even talk about 'mind-fucks'. Simply let them be, as they will pass by. Don't put 'negative' energy over the words, thoughts.
Go to center, you have many ways to do that. (meditation, music etc)

Embrace yourself and be the HAPPINESS you want to see in the worlds.

Having all the thoughts is meaning you get yourself back to your center, peeling off the layers of illusions. Illusions you are/were in. It means becoming more and more YOU. SO therefore the playing with the mind is not a negative experience at all.
Nothing is.

BE.

Love.

That what you are.

Stand in the eye of the hurricane and connect with Love. Be Balance.

Educate yourself.

Having ONEderFull times is BEING that yourself.
