As we progress slowly, but surely, we move into Light. More and more we are aware of who we are; our bodies, our souls, our destinations.

Bodies need to adjust to levels of consciousness so therefor you will find yourself surprised, maybe, with food not appropriate for you, anymore. Your body will respond immediately, signaling you not to eat that (anymore). These signals become stronger as you grow more into the Light. Becoming LIGHT-er.
Be aware also about the energy of the food: blessings given to food/drinks or altering Lower-Levels of energy into Lighter-Levels can help you adjust even more.

Concentrate, focus, more and more on the Field of Now, the Now Moment, for all is NOW. Simultaniously THINGS happen ... so connect with that.
Connect with SELF, Universe, YOU, for that matter, with all you Soul-Parts, Counter-Parts and Other Selfs in Universe. Become WHOLE.

CONCENTRATE with ALL you do; go to the center of your BE-ing.
Remember THAT ALL DAY.
Focus some more. Stand in the eye of the hurricane and watch all things float around you. They will always be there, here, and so it is. It is YOU who can focus, concentrate, on CENTER. You can be the CHANGE. It is ALL (in) YOU!
You can NOT change another.

Remember who you are. Remember WHAT you are.

When you have recently found yourself in a tight spot, or are still there, remember all is well and will pass. For those who found themselves not able to contact the spiritual realms and experienced a stand-still in growth, you will surely notice the changes: you will feel lighter and more able to move ... on.
