Becoming ONE is KNOWING all what is 'going' on, then releasing it all into LIGHT. That is purification. That is what makes you ONE with ALL.

The energy update for now is this:

Many will feel 'heavy', as the 'body' is slowly moving into higher vibrations. Places can feel heavy as well. People can have feelings of being powerless. That is not what you are. That is not what will be.

How to act?

Notice that feelings of heaviness are there. Don't get into 'mindgames'. Purify by watching movies like the One for NOW on Latest or C L I C K HERE to see. Get yourself into that higher vibration, use music, meditation, whatever feels good for you to do. Maybe its a stroll out in the park. Just DO it.

Mindgames are in the 'air' and people are saying they cannot get to their hearts. You CAN. You WILL. Just use what is good for you to get (back) there.

Open your hearts and connect with love. Be.

Do this as many times you need to open up again.

Forces will get stronger as bounds get tighter. Know that. Don't get yourself 'tricked' into whatever lowers your vibration.
Meaning:

ALL what lowers your vibration.

We will give you some examples of that now:

Drugs, alcohol, sigarets, particular food and drinks, certain music, TV, anger, sadness, lonelyness, frustration, shame, guilt ... etc.

You KNOW what lowers your vibration. The Mindgames will be stronger and YOU are STRONG too. You know a LOT, have grown, are AWAKE and A LIVE.

Trust THAT.

The Forces Of Light are With In You.
