This is ONE of the tricks people like Sarkozy do, but not only leaders, it's what people who want and are in power ... put over your head:
one day say this, few days later say: I didn't say that.

People with their hearts on the right place, will doubt themselves, lower their energies, feel guilty for such a shameful thought ( 'I thought that he said that, I am so wrong in thinking that' )...
